The Problem
At M&T's Midtown branch, a private hauler collected trash from inside the building during business hours. The staff had to roll cans through the lobby to the truck and back, disrupting customers. When the hauler changed the schedule to overnight curbside pickup, the bank faced having to leave its cans on the sidewalk unprotected from closing until the next morning pickup.
